Terms of Use

Short and in plain English.

Last updated 26 October 2026.

Agreeing to these terms

The Edmilia Readiness Checker (“the checker”) is provided by Loopmerce LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA (“we”, “us”). By using the checker you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the checker.

What the checker is

The checker compares your answers with a fixed set of rules based on official Italian and German sources and shows what to prepare and what to confirm.

Free of charge, no refunds

The checker is free. We do not ask for payment details and do not charge you anything, so there is nothing to refund.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old to use the checker and to send us a report with your email address.

Reports you send

When you send a report, you allow us to use it to fix problems and improve the checker. Please do not include personal details such as passport numbers. Do not send anything unlawful or anything that is not yours to share.

Acceptable use

Our content and other websites

The checker, its rules, wording and the Edmilia name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may print or save your own results. The checker links to official and editorial websites that we do not control and are not responsible for.

No guarantees and limitation of liability

We work hard to keep the checker accurate, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Because it is free, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for decisions made by universities or authorities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms or change, pause or stop the checker, and will update the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country. Questions: hello@edmilia.com.
